Valentine's Bouquet Arrangement

Valentine's Bouquet with red and pink Grand Prix Roses.

This beautiful aqua packed hand tied Valentine's bouquet was arranged using six red Grand Prix and six pink Grand Prix. To fill in the gaps I used Gypsophila also known as 'Baby's Breath' and Hard Ruscus, around the bouquet to create a collar I used leather leaf fern and palm leaves. For each rose I inserted a diamond pin into the middle of each one. To complete this bouquet, I used Valentine's cellophane and rose printed spiders web fabric to wrap around the bouquet. Last of all, I used red and pink poly ribbon to make a large bow to finish this Valentine's bouquet. Before I tied the bow around the bouquet in the middle, I gathered a large piece of clear cellophane up around the base of the bouquet and tied the bow around it tightly to hold it in place. Finally, I poured water slowly in between the flowers from the top so it trickled down to the bottom to create the aqua packed hand tied Valentine's bouquet.

Harvest Pedestal Arrangement

Harvest pedestal arrangement set within Thaxted Church, Essex.

For this Harvest arrangement I used autumnal colours such as yellows, oranges and rustic reds and browns. One day, I went on a walk scavenging for wild berries and foliage's to incorporate into my pedestal arrangement, I collected Hawthorne, blackberry brambles, rose hip branches, teasels, acorn branches and grass heads. For the flowers I used yellow Gladioli to create the outline shape, and lilies for the main focal flower. The other flowers were orange mini Gerbera's, yellow spray Chrysanthemum's and sunflowers to create depth within the arrangement. To finish it off, I tied at the top of the pedestal stand a rustic red long piece of material and wrapped it round the stand and drapped the remaining material around the base of the pedestal arrangement. Lastly, I positioned harvest vegetables such as marrows, courgettes and butternut squash with pine cones, conkers and acorns to one side at the base of the arrangement.

White Wedding Flower Arrangement

This beautiful arrangement was arranged using all white flowers for a white wedding. I used white Gladioli, Lilies, Roses, spray Chrysanthemums, mini Gerbera and Gypsophilia. For my foliage I used soft ruscus and trails of ivy. The foliage was arranged to create the basic outline shape of the arrangement. After that, I added in the white gladioli around the edge to enhance the shape like a star. Next I added the lilies as my main central flower and filled around with the roses, mini gerbera and spray chrysanthemum. Last of all, I added in the gypsophila to create depth.

Grandad Funeral Arrangement Letters

For this beautiful Grandad funeral arrangement, I began by box pleating loads of red poly ribbon, which I pinned in place with German pins around each letter individually. Once each letter was complete, I soaked each letter in water and clipped one at a time onto the letter stand equally apart. Afterwards, I used 'Anastasia white spray Chrysanthemums' to base around each letter, but leaving a small gap amongst every other letter for a small piece of soaked oasis to be pinned in place using 22 gauge hairpin wire to secure each piece in place. For each flower spray, I used soft Ruscus to outline the shape of the spray. Next, I placed three red roses to create a line through the spray arrangement. Last of all, I filled in the gaps using red spray carnations, red Alstreomeria and white Lisianthus to break up all the red flowers.
